* Precision production machining in quantities from hundreds to thousand.

* Metalworking of standard bar stocks or powdered metal blanks.

* CNC milling & turning

* OD, ID and surface grinding or hardened metals.

* Vibratory deburr of metal parts.

* Hardening and annealing heat treating.

* Statistical process control.

Max. O.D. : 0.5mm ~ 25mm dia.

Concentricity : 0.005mm

Circularity : 0.01mm

Min. Tolerance : 0.002mm

　

Material :

SKD, SK4, SUM24L, SUS 303, SUS 316, SUS 304, C3602, C3604, Titanium Alloy, Titanium, A6061, A5056, A2021, carbon steel, tool steel etc..
