Shandong University, Directed by the experts and professors, our company developed 3 series,50 kinds of metal abrasive products, our main products are cast steel shot, cast steel girt, carbon steel cut wire shot and stainless steel cut wire shot, our company has newly introduced series of chemical products with an annual production capacity of 5000 tons. For example, mould-release reagent used for casting, forging and coating, metal antirust reagent, lubricant used for processing, Moreover, cooperating with Shandong Golden Light Coke and Chemistry Co., Ltd., we deal in about 600 thousand tons of high quality foundry coke used for cupola melting every year, our company has an asset of 120 million Yuan, can produce 100,000 tons of metal abrasive annually, with a yearly turnover of 500 million Yuan.
Our company occupies a 100,000 square meters campus, located in the Zouping Fenghuang Economic Zone, the largest metal abrasive manufacturing base in China, 7km to the Jinan-Qingdao express highway,52km to the Jinan, capital of Shandong.
Our company is backed by first class tech research and product development, has the advanced manufacturing equipments such as induction furnace, centrifugal atomizing machine, our company produces high strength, long lasting cast steel shot and girt through double quenching and tempering. We have a complete line of product quality monitor methods, such as US ERVIN testing machine to test the product fatigue life, and Germany SPECTRO spectral analyzer to test the product ingredient. We are the largest metal abrasive manufacturer in China. Our main products are steel shot, steel grit, steel cut wire shot, stainless steel shot and so on. We have the capacity of 80,000 tons of abrasive products and 350 million yuan of output value every year. With strong technical force, advanced equipment like 10T electric arc furnace, centrifugal blasting machine and so on, the company can produce high strength, long durable cast steel shot. The company has perfect quality control system. The test for material life and composition, which is carried out by fatigue tester introduced from U.S.A. and ICP spectrometer produced in Germany Spike company, shows that all the products meet the standard of SAE and all the products gained the quality certificate of ISO 9001 and are well sold all over the country, exported to over 17 countries and regions around the world, and widely accepted by the users in the fields of mechanical, ship-building, automobiles, locomotives, containers, steel components, cast and forging industries, rock cutting, etc..
