Production Technology:
ONLINE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM（QMS） controls product parameters real-time, the
Statistical Process Control(SPC) system records and stores historical data for auditing.
CONTROLLABLE BUFFER STAIPPABILITY tight buffer strip force is controllable and can be
modified according to customers’ demand, semi-tight buffer fiber can easily stripped over 1
meter.
MATERIAL OPTIONS keyoptics provides various kinds of buffers and jacket materials to
meet the demands of customers for different applications. Including Polyvinyl chloride,
Polyethylene, Polyester elastomer, LSZH materials, Polyurethane,Nylon-12.
SZ STRANDING TECHNOLOGY highly improves the cable transmission performance.
EMBEDDED JACKET locks the cable core from shifting, hold the SZ stranding, higher cable
tensile load, better bending performance.
