All the designing and manufacturing work have been computerized, the advanced software we apply: AutoCAD 2004, Pro/E V2001,UG V2.0, MASTER V9.0, Cimatron etc., and various document formats such as •IGS、•DXF、•STP、PORASLD etc. are all acceptable to us. Once we receive the drawing and data information from customers, the engineers will design and program in advance. The producing procedures such as processing, manufacturing and examination are strictly and precisely accordant to the tooling drawings. The whole process are all digitalized to ensure the high precision, excellent quality and stability. All the mould tooling materials are premium steel and we purchase the precise standard mould base from LUNG KEE METALLTD which is famous in the field of plastic mold, which ensures high performance and long life of the mould tools. Apart form designing and manufacturing plastic and die-casting moulds, we can also offer three-dimensional designing, plastic injection processing and components manufacturing etc. to customers.
