Charms Metal Manufacturer Co, Limited was incorporated in 1985 designed to manufacture “ Quality not Quantity “ metal buttons and accessories for all type of customers. With 20 years of expertise and knowledge behind us, Charms continues to provide customers with the best services and recommendations to this date. Most 80% of our products are exported to Japan, the United States and Europe.
Charms thrive on innovation and rigorous demands. Being able to collaborate with partners such as Target (AMC) – now an official supplier, Wal-Mart, H&M, C&A and JC-Penney, we totally understand and comply with the strict requirements of the fashion industry today; notably kensin and nickel free products. Identifying such high requirements, our products are frequently tested in labs of MTL, ITS and SGS for all our customers to have peace of mind. Not to mention we acquired the Swiss OEKO-100 certification in August 2004, we also passed and incorporated the ISO 9001:2000 Management Standard in order to maintain such standards throughout.
Our factory located in Dong Guan, occupies a production area of 10,000 square meters with over 800 units/sets of production equipment installed. Out of 650 workers in total, 65 of them are skilled mould designers and crafting engineers. In support, our regional sales offices in HK, Shanghai, Guan Zhou and Dong Guan provides great after-sale services and in total boasts an annual turnover of US$ 10 million. Our HK head office is where all our exporting activities are held. Most importantly, it is also our main hub that imports all raw materials from Japan, Korea, Australia, etc.
Charms continuously invest in R&D to achieve maximum technical capabilities and designing options. With our expertise and knowledge, it is important for our products to be of top quality, reasonable pricing, punctual deliveries and most of all great after sales support.
