Uptodate Plastics and Packagings Private Limited was incorporated as a company in the year 1989 with the objective to manufacture high performance hot melt adhesives (HMA). The factory was set up in Surajpur (GREATER NOIDA) in the year 1991. The Company has set high standards of performance and has fully equipped itself with the required resources in shape of manpower, equipment, plant and machinery and infrastructure to meet the Quality Management System under International Systems (ISO 9001:2000) with the Certification scope to manufacture, develop and sell hot melt adhesives in the national and international market
We manufacture hot melt adhesives for diverse industrial applications such as packaging, book binding, lamination, wood working, DIY, adhesion of plastic to plastic and plastic to glass. Products are available in standard forms such as granules, blocks, release coated cartons etc.
The company has formulated over 50 well established grades of HMA, and HMPSA, based on EVA Copolymer, SIS Block Polymer, and Polyamides (under development). The unit is engaged in continuous Research and Development to improve quality of its products but also innovating and formulating new grades of hot melt adhesives to meet the growing demands of the industrial users.
A wide range of hot melt adhesives (HMA) based on EVA co polymer and SIS based block polymer are available.

The company also markets imported Hot Melt Dispensers / Applicators / Coaters for diverse industrial applications such as Packaging, Lamination, Arts and Craft, DIY, Automobile Lamps, Shoes etc. Hot melt coaters are used in the manufacture of Shoes, Labels, Tapes, and Holograms. Dispensers are available with different nozzles that can provide different types of coating in the form of line, dots, strip, spiral and fog. A timer switch is provided to cut flow after a set interval of time. Most machines are pedal operated. Hot Melt Coaters are provided with a variable speed drive.
We repair choked hot melt hose pipes as well.
