The company introduced four-roller reversible cold rolling mill from abroad for establishing three production lines, which can roll products from 0.3mm to 2.0mm in thickness and 450-720mm in width. In addition, two finishing machine sets and straightening machine sets are set as auxiliaries. Moreover, there is a production line with cold rolling steel is made up of four connection plate mill whose rolling size is up to 0.3-2.0mm in thick and 220-400mm in width, the line is set with 11 sets of bell bright annealing furnace as well as 2 acid washing lines. Featuring well equipmented facilities.The annual production output is up to 150 southand tons around, with temper from full hard to deep drawing quality. Adopting material of SPHC, which is characteristiclize in well extention, high extensional efficiency, smooth surface as a mirror, standard thickness, flat and stainless, ect. Thus, it is widerly applied to hardware pressing, such as parts of lighting, fan, oil-exhaust machine, shell of VCD player, gasoline tank of motor bike, steel pipe of lighting and eclectric cooker, with reasonable price and well reputation within the customers
